Frankie Loulousis and Eddie Ledezma, two blue-collar boys from Chicago's South Side, embarked on a delicious journey to bring their hometown flavors to Florida. Fueled by a love for the small food joints they grew up with, they joined forces to create Frankie's Chicago Beef. Our food is a labor of love, where every dish is crafted with passion and nostalgia.

Our Story Just Got Bigger

Frankie’s Chicago Beef started with a simple mission: bring the bold, juicy flavors of Chicago street food to Florida—no shortcuts, no apologies. What began as a passion project turned into a full-blown flavor movement.

And now? We’re leveling up.

We’ve partnered with Red Clover Spirits & Eats to take things to the next level. This means more seating, more drinks, more events—and most importantly, more people to feed.

You’ll still find all your Frankie’s favorites—Italian Beef dripping in au jus, loaded fries, gyro platters, and Chicago dogs stacked the right way—but now we’re proud to be anchored inside one of Palm Coast’s most exciting spots, The European Village.

It’s the same heart, same hustle, now backed by a powerhouse team that’s just as obsessed with quality and community as we are.
